What is listening strategy?

Listerning strategy is the strategy that gave you a way to communicate to someone. For example, in the discussion in your class like you see in this picture if you listen to your teacher you can understand what the lesson about. This kind of strategy has a lot of meaning. Acknowledging is 1 of the best way to send a comment to the speaker that you understand what his/her saying and what is the lesson all about. Reflecting to the speaker is a good attitude of the listener specially if you are a student.
This are the few tips and active Learning Strategy example:
- Interpreting- the psychiatrist’s trick.
- Summarizing- When you you ask a good ended question you will get a relative long distance.
- Giving Feedback- By sharing your opinion about particular ideas, you create a collaborative bond with a speaker.
- Supporting- Validation to the speakers ideas and concern.
- Being Quiet- Silence can make peolple uncomfortable so they tend to fill the void. Being silence makes you fucos to the discussion.
- Eye contact- It allow you to focus your attention and better read the emotion of the speaker as evidenced that you are active listener.
- Clarifying- Is an important factor of a good communication
